SALARY: R424 104 per annum
CENTRE: Office of the Chief Director (Employee Relations and People Development)
REQUIREMENTS: Minimum instructional qualification: An fantastic 3-year National diploma or degree. Experience: Appropriate ride in Labour Relations in the Public Sector. Appropriate supervisory experience. Inherent requirement of the job: Valid Driver’s License. Willingness to travel. Competencies knowledge/skills): Ability to negotiate and conciliate. Ability to assume analytically and be in a position to unravel problems. Computer literacy Microsoft Package. Knowledge of People Development. Strong interpersonal, exact time management, and planning skills. Understanding collective bargaining and dispute decision in the fundamental services.
DUTIES: Coordinate and manipulate statistics/data about disciplinary and complaint procedures. Effective administration of all disciplinary things and disputes. Monitor and keep the collective bargaining structures. Provide advice, guidance, and help to your supervisor and the Management team. Provide coaching about worker members of the family to all employees. Support and recommendation to all body of workers and supervisors about worker relations.
